本資料介紹新開(kāi)發(fā)的梯種 NPH,該梯種以變頻器 VG7S、微機 FMT、SCL串行通訊系統和 RD-DMS01 變頻門(mén)機系統作為電氣的關(guān)鍵組成部分,并使用了 NPX 電梯的機械系統。
資料編寫(xiě)目的:隨著(zhù) NPH 電梯的開(kāi)發(fā)成功,在工程方面需要提供安裝、調試、維修和保養各項工作的技術(shù)說(shuō)明。本資料是根據 NPH 電梯的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),列出電梯在工程環(huán)節中所需使用的資料,為工程本部編寫(xiě) NPH 電梯工程技術(shù)資料提供依據。由于 NPH 電梯在電氣控制原理上與 GH98 電梯有較多的相同點(diǎn),又使用 NPX 電梯的機械系統,所以本資料對于相同點(diǎn)不再進(jìn)行
敘述,只作出說(shuō)明“與 XX 電梯保持一致”。
本資料基本內容:
(1)NPH 電梯構成和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。
(2)安裝部分。電氣回路圖的使用說(shuō)明;控制柜及轎頂電器箱等重要電氣部分的名稱(chēng)、功能介紹;工程大細線(xiàn)及地線(xiàn)的安裝。
(3)調試部分。運行前需進(jìn)行檢查的電梯各項安裝情況,控制柜絕緣測試、低速試運行、變頻門(mén)機的調試運行、層高測定操作、高速運行調試、平層精度調整等。
本次調試手冊的編寫(xiě),主要參考了研發(fā)中心編寫(xiě)的《NPH 電梯安裝調試資料》。
由于編者水平有限,請現場(chǎng)作業(yè)人員多提寶貴意見(jiàn),可填入附頁(yè)《NPH電梯調試手冊改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)表》內,交工程本部技術(shù)科以作修改。
